On October 11, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange released the Notice on the Evaluation Results of Information Disclosure of Listed Companies in Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 2023 to 2024, and SIE Information (stock code: 300687) was again rated as Grade A (excellent).
The evaluation results are divided into A (excellent), B (good), C (qualified), and D (unqualified). A total of 1327 companies participated in the Xinpi evaluation on the ChiNext board this year, of which 201 were rated as A by Xinpi, accounting for 15.15% of the total, indicating excellent information disclosure quality.
In recent years, the evaluation and assessment of the regulatory authorities on the information disclosure of listed companies has been constantly optimized.
