Recently, the 2024 China (Shenzhen) Industrial Software Industry Development Forum and Promotion Conference (hereinafter referred to as the Conference) was successfully held. As a leading enterprise in the field of industrial software, SIE Information was invited to attend this conference, and together with many representatives from universities, enterprises and industry experts, it explored the new trend of domestic industrial software development. Focusing on the industrial layout, ecological construction, and in-depth exchanges of industrial applications of the new generation of industrial software, it accelerated the implementation of the achievements of the new generation of industrial software co construction, and achieved innovative development.
During the conference, on the "Industrial Software Cloud Theme Forum - Open Innovation and Jointly Build a New Generation of Industrial Software System", SIE Information, as Huawei's partner in the same boat with the cloud, held a cooperation ceremony for the joint construction of Huawei Cloud Digital Manufacturing Cloud Platform (MBM Space) industry package, which not only enriched the application capability of the overall solution scenario of the hardware development tool chain, but also was another important milestone in the construction of an independent and controllable industrial software ecosystem.
SIE and Huawei Cloud have always maintained a close and in-depth cooperation relationship. The two sides are committed to creating a new generation of independent and controllable industrial software and building a comprehensive replacement for escort localization applications. Relying on their respective advantages, in 2023, SIE Information and Huawei Cloud will jointly start the journey of joint construction of industrial software products. After collaborative innovation by both teams, based on the business template components deposited under Huawei's cloud digital manufacturing cloud platform MBM Space, we successfully developed independent and innovative industrial software - "model-based manufacturing iMOM", which was officially released at the 2024 China Enterprise Digital Transformation Summit and SIE User Conference.
Model based manufacturing iMOM takes solving production management problems as the starting point, comprehensively grasping production plans, production resources, and production performance, integrating production logistics and data flow systems, fully leveraging the advantages of information transparency, and realizing data-driven and information collaboration to help enterprises achieve "quality improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement" in intelligent manufacturing transformation and upgrading.
