Recently, the Huawei France Manufacturing Summit, themed 'Data Flow, Manufacturing Foundation,' was successfully held in Paris. As Huawei's long-term core strategic partner, SIE was invited to attend this summit, showcasing multiple mature and implemented AI intelligent manufacturing joint solutions on the international stage, demonstrating the strong capabilities of Chinese industrial technology and global service capabilities to enterprises worldwide.

At the summit, Li Han, Head of Huawei Enterprise Business in France, attended the event and delivered the opening remarks. In recent years, exchanges and cooperation between China and France in the field of the digital economy have continued to strengthen. The French manufacturing industry is also accelerating its digital and intelligent transformation, with a growing demand for high-quality ICT solutions. Li Han stated that Huawei will continue to deepen cooperation with manufacturing clients and ecosystem partners, promoting the application of innovative technologies in real production and business scenarios.

With over twenty years of deep cultivation in the digital intelligence services field for the manufacturing industry, SIE has grown from an ERP implementation service provider into a global leading full-stack AI digital intelligence solutions provider. Currently, its business spans more than 30 countries and regions worldwide, serving over 3,200 clients in total. The company maintains a leading market share in the MES sector across high-tech electronics, home appliances, and new energy photovoltaic industries. Leveraging its strong technological foundation and extensive practical experience, it has built a robust global service barrier. In his keynote speech, Alva Qian, President of SIE's Overseas Business Center, comprehensively shared the company’s collaborative implementation experiences with Huawei in key scenarios such as intelligent manufacturing and financial digitalization, fully demonstrating SIE's years of technical accumulation, innovative strength, and practical execution capabilities in the manufacturing industry.

Alva Qian stated that the strategic cooperation between SIE and Huawei has spanned more than twenty years, thoroughly integrating into Huawei's entire digitalization lifecycle. The cooperation model has been fully upgraded, evolving from early project delivery collaborations to a comprehensive deep integration model encompassing joint technology research, co-creation of solutions, joint market expansion, and mutual ecosystem benefits. Together, they continue to develop benchmark intelligent digital solutions suitable for the global manufacturing industry. At this summit, SIE, leveraging Huawei's Kunpeng and Ascend computing capabilities and cloud platform infrastructure, emphasizes three core joint implementation achievements, focusing on three key manufacturing challenges: factory digital reconstruction, intelligent quality inspection, and safety production management. This provides global manufacturing enterprises with replicable and high-value intelligent digital transformation solutions.

In the field of full-domain digitalization for smart factories, SIE, in collaboration with Huawei Cloud, has jointly developed the Nationstar Optoelectronics intelligent manufacturing benchmark project, providing a model for digital transformation in manufacturing for large-scale groups. This project builds an industrial software technology platform foundation based on a cloud-native architecture, focusing on two core manufacturing scenarios: electronic packaging and electronic assembly. It creates a full-chain digital solution covering production, quality, equipment, and group-level management. The solution can fully adapt to multi-category, multi-mode flexible production, support unified control across multiple factories at the group level, implement standardized processes, and coordinate production orders, fundamentally resolving the traditional manufacturing systems' issues of poor compatibility and weak scalability. It helps enterprises achieve an upgrade towards group-level, standardized, and intelligent production management.

In industrial AI quality inspection scenarios, the AI visual component defect detection solution jointly developed by both parties is reshaping the traditional precision manufacturing quality inspection model: leveraging Huawei’s powerful computing capabilities and SIE’s industrial AI visual algorithm expertise, it replaces traditional manual inspection and outdated AOI detection methods, effectively addressing pain points such as frequent downtime, low accuracy, high false and missed detection rates, and high labor costs in conventional quality inspections. It significantly reduces inspection errors and operational costs, fully adapts to precision component inspection scenarios across multiple industries including electronics, home appliances, and photovoltaics, and helps enterprises achieve integrated upgrades in quality improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement.

In the field of industrial safety production, the jointly developed AI visual SOP safety action recognition solution has established a strong safety barrier for high-risk production scenarios. Through real-time AI video analysis, precise recognition of operational actions, and instant alerts for violations, it enables intelligent, full-process management of high-risk operations, increasing enterprises' compliance with safety regulations by 80%. This effectively mitigates risks such as personal injury, equipment corrosion, material leakage, and environmental pollution, helping enterprises achieve standardized safety production and intelligent compliance management.

Beyond the core intelligent manufacturing scenarios, SIE and Huawei have also established mature joint solutions in areas such as process intelligence optimization, intelligent supply chain scheduling, and intelligent group financial decision-making, capable of comprehensively meeting the full-spectrum digital and intelligent upgrade needs of manufacturing enterprises in production, management, and operations.

This appearance at the Huawei France Manufacturing Summit not only marks the continued deepening of SIE's global expansion but also showcases the confidence and strength of Chinese industrial software companies in entering the international market. Looking ahead, SIE will continue to collaborate with Huawei, focusing on core manufacturing application scenarios, driving intelligent transformation of the industry through AI, and promoting China's smart manufacturing practices to the global market. Together, they will help global manufacturing enterprises build future-oriented core competitiveness and advance high-quality development in the manufacturing sector.
