The second Shandong CIO Think Tank Anniversary and Informatization and Industrialization Integration Development Summit was held in Laiwu City, Shandong Province from April 21 to 22, 2017. This meeting was under the guidance of Shandong Provincial Economic and Informatization Commission, co sponsored by Shandong Provincial Integration Promotion Center of Industrialization and Industrialization and Laiwu Municipal Economic and Informatization Commission, and co organized by SIE Information Technology Co., Ltd.         The meeting was chaired by Director Zhang Kaili of the Shandong Provincial Center for the Integration of Industrialization and Informatization. At the beginning of the meeting, Director Zhang introduced the guests and agenda to everyone. Vice Mayor Wu Shuhua of Laiwu City and Deputy Inspector Zhao Shuling of the Shandong Provincial Commission of Economy and Information Technology delivered speeches at the meeting, briefly reporting and looking forward to the integration of industrialization and informatization in Shandong Province, and wishing the conference a complete success.

        Later, Mr. Liu Guohua, Vice President of SIE Information Technology Co., Ltd., addressed the conference. President Liu said that he graduated from a university in Shandong, grew up in Shandong during the most important years of his consulting career, and has strong feelings for Shandong; Shandong is an economic and cultural province with profound cultural heritage, and quotes Confucius's "those who know are not confused, those who are benevolent are not worried, and those who are brave are not afraid", hoping that SIE can provide constructive suggestions for the informatization of Shandong enterprises, and make contributions to the integration of industrialization and industrialization in Shandong Province.        As the co organizer of this conference, SIE has carefully prepared solutions and experience sharing in intelligent manufacturing for guests. Firstly, Mr. Peng Sungang, Director of SIE Intelligent Factory Department, gave a keynote speech on the theme of "The Road of Transformation from Traditional Enterprises to Intelligent Manufacturing". He sorted out the problems encountered in the production and operation of enterprises, proposed to drive information construction with business change, respond quickly with information technology, support higher development of enterprises with data-driven decision-making, and comprehensively apply the latest Internet of Things technology, mobile internet technology, and industrial big data processing technology to connect numerous customized automation equipment and standardized information management platforms. He conducted research and workflow optimization on the architecture, production planning and scheduling, workshop production organization, material circulation, warehousing, and quality system of manufacturing execution systems, and demonstrated and promoted their application to users in the manufacturing industry, So as to establish an intelligent factory based on industrial big data and the Internet. At the same time, several successful application cases of SIE MES products were displayed, and the project implementation effects were analyzed one by one from supply collaboration, overall quality, intelligent logistics, intelligent production, workshop management functions, central monitoring and mobile convenient applications.

        Mr. Diao Jizhou, Director of SIE Supply Chain Department, shared the lean logistics WMS warehouse management plan for the summit. Mr. Diao Jizhou first gave a brief introduction to SIE and Infor, then introduced the functional features and basic logic of Infor WMS products, and introduced the innovation points of related functional modules one by one.
