Duan Lin, head of SIE Information Solution Delivery Department, delivered a keynote speech titled "Manufacturing Operation Management Based on iDME - SIE New Generation SMOM Industry Solution". Duan Lin stated that in the era of new quality productivity, customers' demand for digital manufacturing capabilities is increasing. However, the lack of platform empowerment for MOM products in China has led to a decline in their ability to sustain development.
On the basis of this common pain point, SIE Information has teamed up with Huawei to create a new generation of SMOM solution. This solution is based on Huawei's cloud iDME (industrial data model driven engine) MBM-F digital manufacturing infrastructure services for research and development. It uses component-based design, unified data model, metadata driven, and its innovative "Center Site" architecture to meet the needs of group enterprises in the electronics and auto parts industries for unified management and control of manufacturing operations. Building business template components based on Huawei MBM-F precipitation, and utilizing iDME's platform model extension and low code technology to quickly meet the constantly changing needs of enterprises. Create a scenario based toolchain system using the "platform+software application" model, achieving data-driven and information collaboration. Based on model driven component-based design, support flexible app selection, and adopt the Center Site architecture to help enterprises achieve "consistent control, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement" in intelligent manufacturing transformation and upgrading.

Zhou Hui first analyzed the current trends and pain points in supply chain management, and clarified that the key direction of digital transformation in enterprise supply chains is to enhance effective management of supply chain uncertainty through digitization, and achieve resilience, agility, and efficiency in the supply chain.To achieve value gains by building three capabilities of ecological collaboration, integrated supply, and agile intelligent operation, SIE has created an active smart supply chain product that is "customer-centric". Qiu Pan stated that intelligent manufacturing in the electronic semiconductor industry is a deep integration of OT and ICT, which reconstructs industry competitiveness through digital technology. Huawei's intelligent manufacturing is based on lean production, focusing on production process flow, business information, engineering data flow, and a cloud. With the help of new ICT technologies such as the Internet of Things and 5G, the resources of the entire value chain are interconnected, and dynamic management of manufacturing resources is achieved through cloud computing, big data, and AI, resulting in high-quality, lean, highly automated/partially intelligent production.
