From the perspective of industrial Internet, the industry is different, and the difference is particularly big, said Zhang Chengkang.
According to previous statistics, it takes many companies three months for market information to be fed back to the R&D process department. Zhang Chengkang believes that this will greatly delay targeted decision-making, and in fact, this problem can be solved through information technology.
In the opinion of Li Bacon, an academician of the CAE Member, scenario driven focuses on bringing good experience to customers, and it is precisely the development of networking technology that enables enterprises to better focus on customers. Essentially, this is a shift in the industrial model of enterprises from a production centered approach to a user centered approach. On the one hand, it promotes the manufacturing industry to shift from large-scale assembly line production methods to customized large-scale production. At the same time, achieve the transformation of industrial form from production-oriented manufacturing to service-oriented manufacturing throughout the entire life cycle.
"What are the benefits of connection?" Li Bacon gave an example. For example, for a beer enterprise, using the industrial Internet platform to connect the upstream and downstream enterprises, supermarkets, restaurants and other parties that make hops, barley, wheat, etc. through the Internet platform, the beer enterprise can understand all aspects of the situation, its suppliers, customers can comprehensively understand the situation. For home furnishing companies, if home appliances and furnishings are integrated to a certain extent, it can achieve a win-win situation for both parties.
