The industrial software project relying on the cloud native architecture and technology platform base will be launched on July 15, 2024. SIE and Huawei Cloud will jointly build the iDME&MBM Space platform and the iMOM industry suite based on the high-quality foundation of Guoxing Optoelectronics itself. The project will be piloted by four component business divisions of Guoxing Optoelectronics, and will be promoted and applied in the group according to the project results.
Facing the pain points of production management, the platform has built a work order driven full process refined control system to achieve intelligent management of the entire production cycle of electronic material preparation, including material preparation, loading, and receiving. At the same time, it supports the collection of basic job information and station control during the production process, improving the synergy and accuracy of production.
In terms of quality management, the platform has built a comprehensive quality traceability and early warning system through tools such as SPC, achieving quality standard formulation, process inspection, capability analysis, early warning, and two-way traceability, improving the scientificity and timeliness of quality management.
In terms of equipment management, a digital foundation covering core scenarios such as equipment asset management, preventive maintenance, millisecond level collection of process parameters, and dynamic formula distribution is established through the integration of SCADA system and production line equipment data. The integration of equipment lifecycle management and operation maintenance, real-time collection and monitoring of equipment parameters, and deep integration with the production process provide effective guarantees for the stable operation of equipment and the improvement of production efficiency.
In terms of group management, the platform adopts a data-driven approach to construct a manufacturing master data model to improve the flexibility and scalability of data management. Through deep integration with existing ERP, WMS and other systems, combined with cloud computing, big data and other technologies, the barriers to data sharing and collaboration among various business systems within the enterprise are broken down, achieving real-time collection and analysis of data from multiple factories in the group, and building a data-driven new paradigm for group management and control.
This project deeply integrates the practical wisdom and digital technology capabilities of Guoxing Optoelectronics, Huawei Cloud and SIE, and builds an intelligent manufacturing solution with industry benchmark value. The platform focuses on typical manufacturing scenarios in industries such as electronic packaging and assembly, and extracts standardized solutions covering production execution, quality traceability, equipment management, and other modules, greatly shortening the customized development cycle of enterprises and significantly reducing the threshold for digital investment. It has important reference significance for manufacturing enterprises with group management needs.
SIE model-based manufacturing | iMOM is a new generation product solution for MOM industry created by SIE and Huawei. This solution is based on the Huawei Cloud Industrial Digital Model Driver Engine iDME and the Digital Manufacturing Cloud Platform MBM Space platform. It creates a scenario based toolchain system in a "platform+industry application" mode, with a unified data model and component-based design, supporting flexible assembly and connection of applications. Based on the Center Site architecture, it supports centralized management of groups, chain owners, and industrial clusters, and supports elastic deployment of cloud edge devices to meet the high-frequency and high stability requirements of edge collection in automated factories.
Benefiting from the lean production system, SIE iMOM realizes collaborative production management by data driving and information collaboration of three flows (engineering data flow, order task flow, intelligent manufacturing information flow).
